Missions Update on Mulberry International Children’s Ministries

Mulberry International Children’s Ministries is one of the missions that our church supports on a monthly basis.  Mulberry exists to partner with the children and families of Ukraine through advocacy, education and action to promote growth and eternal transformation. Mulberry is a non-governmental organization that focuses on nurturing abandoned and neglected children – helping to provide for their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Here is a prayer request from the Director of Mulberry International: “With regards to the situation in Crimea, the way things stand right now is that in less than two weeks time, all Crimean citizens will need to declare their citizenship as either Ukrainian or Russian.  My understanding is that by retaining Ukrainian citizenship, it means that they will be required to leave Crimea.  Please be praying for the future of Mulberry. With Crimea becoming Russian, our ability to remain working in Crimea is highly threatened.  Pray for wisdom, discernment, and direction for our board members, as decisions are made to ensure the future of Mulberry.”
