Grace So Glorious

Worship and Arts

On Easter Sunday, the Valley View worship team introduced a new song called “Grace So Glorious”.  The song was written and recorded by a group called Elevation Worship on their album “Only King Forever”.  These words communicate such a powerful idea about the power of grace in our lives and the glory that God is given when that same grace takes hold of us.  Each verse of this song unpacks who Jesus was as the Son of God who walked this earth that He created.  The message lays before us an unavoidable truth that Christ, because of His boundless mercy and grace, is to be, forever, “Crowned in glory to glory.  Worthy is the Lord of all the glory.”  When I think about the grace of Christ in my life, I am humbled and moved to declare that He is the only one worthy of my worship and adoration.  I can’t help but sing at the top of my lungs, “Holy is the Lord”.  I hope and pray that this is a song that will inspire you as well as we continue to seek to honor Christ together!
